Family Workshops

Available to all Ages

Nothing beats creating with the young people in your life

Children ages 7 or less must have a caregiver present to assist with the project

(Adult does not need to purchase their own ticket unless they also want to make their own project)

Children ages 8 or older must have a caregiver present during the entire class – students do not usually need additional help with projects – however we encourage adults to purchase their own ticket and join in the fun! Nothing beats making art with the young people in your life.

Student ages 15 or older are welcome to attend classes without a caregiver present


Planters: Hand-Building Workshop

Using clay sheets, students will join forces with our hand-building wizard Meg Frost, to create decorative planters by combining pre-rolled clay sheets and hand-built elements to design a one of a kind home for their plant babies that is sure to jazz up any indoor or outdoor garden!
At the close of the session participants will choose from a selection of our seasonal studio glaze colors and our team will glaze your planters for you, once your work has completed its two firings it will be ready for pickup three weeks after the date of the workshop.

Fruit Jar Workshop

Transform your kitchen counter with a touch of everlasting whimsy!
Dive into the art of hand-building and sculpt your very own fruit inspired jars that promise never to wilt or fade away.
utilizing pinch pot and hand-building techniques, our instructor Meg Frost will guide students step-by-step through crafting delightful containers shaped like their favorite fruits.

Once your jars have been sculpted and shaped, bring your pieces to life with our array of vibrant studio glazes.
Whether you’re aiming for the lush hues of a summer peach or the rich tones of an autumn apple, our workshop offers everything you need to customize your creation and add a burst of color and charm to any space.

Sushi Tray Workshop

Utilizing pre-rolled clay sheets students will mold, sculpt, and decorate their very own own hand-crafted sushi set (tray & dipping sauce bowl). Showcase your unique style with patterns, textures and individual designs. At the end of the workshop students will pick out one color from a selection of our seasonal studio glazes for our team to glaze and have ready for pickup 3 weeks after class!

Animal Pinch Pot Workshop
Join us in the studio for an adventure the whole family can participate in!

Our animal pinch pot workshop is perfect for families or friends looking to spend quality time together and gain hands on experience in the world of clay. With step-by-step instruction from our hand-building instructor extraordinaire Meg Frost, students will sculpt, shape, and hand-build their very own one-of-a-kind animal pinch pots or cups.
Whether you create a pinch pot inspired by the grace of a giraffe or an extra silly sloth cup, your creations will come to life with our vibrant selection of studio glazes. Best of all, you’ll get to add color to your creations on the same day!
